So proud of myself, I still got up this morning for my jog. At first I was super groggy and was telling myself excuses like “well you went out late last night, you can sleep in” or “you have a long day, you need the extra sleep” but that small voice in my head said “you’ll be really disappointed in yourself if you don’t. Don’t mess this up” and honestly I felt so energized and excited for my run and I feel like the exercise will give me energy for the day. Better than waking up with coffee!
Well that’s another goal this month, to get there and jog/run more. In my mind I might think I’m running, but let’s keep it real, it’s more of a jog or a walk with a skip. Baby steps! I want to get in a jog as many days out of the week as I can, without bringing on an injury. Just got back in from doing about a mile, it felt good. Got home and realized my 30 Day Shred got in, but I can’t get a workout in because I have just enough time to get fresh and go out. Grr, the perfectionist in me wants to start today! Well got to go, more time on here is less time to get ready =P this is my first time going out since the Hunger Games came out…yeah, it’s been awhile

Goals
This month I want to workout as much as possible, even if it’s just 20-30 mins of activity each day. I want to lose 4 pounds and overall 2 inches off my measurements. I think it’s do-able. Going to work really hard this month and all throughout summer. My birthday is in September and I think it would be a nice present to myself =)
